We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance for private events, and 6–8 weeks for large festivals or corporate events. Popular dates fill up fast — especially over summer and school holidays!

Yes, we require a 20% deposit to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due on the day of the event. We accept bank transfer and major cards.

We understand that plans change! Cancellations or reschedules with more than 14 days notice receive a full refund of the deposit. Within 14 days, the deposit is non-refundable but can be transferred to a new date (subject to availability).

Absolutely! We love working with clients to create something unique. Whether it's a custom flavour combination, branded signage, or a specific colour theme — just let us know and we'll do our best to make it happen.

Our van requires a roughly 6m x 3m footprint plus a safe queuing area for guests. We also need access for the van to drive in and set up — a standard driveway width is usually sufficient.

We are fully self-contained! Our equipment runs on our own power supply, so no external power or water connections are needed. We just need a clear, flat surface to set up on.

We cater for events of all sizes — from intimate backyard birthday parties of 20 people to festivals with thousands of guests. Our packages are tailored to suit every occasion.

Yes! We love outdoor events. We do ask that you have a wet weather backup plan in case of heavy rain, as extreme weather can impact our ability to operate safely.

At this stage, all our bookings include our trained staff to ensure the best experience and food safety. We don't offer equipment-only hire.

Yes! All of our cotton candy flavours are 100% vegan. We use plant-based food colourings and flavourings with no animal-derived ingredients.

Yes, all of our products are gluten free. Cotton candy is made from pure spun sugar, and we take care to avoid cross-contamination at our events.

Our cotton candy is free from the most common allergens (gluten, dairy, nuts, eggs). However, some specialty flavours may be made in facilities that handle allergens. If you have a severe allergy, please get in touch and we'll advise you on the safest options.

We use a blend of natural and food-safe artificial flavourings and colourings. All ingredients are approved for use in Australia and meet strict food safety standards.

Cotton candy is made entirely from spun sugar, so yes — it is a sweet treat! A standard serve contains roughly the same amount of sugar as a small lolly. It's all about the fun, so enjoy it as an occasional indulgence!
